So if I'm the one who hasn't been taking out the garbage,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I would find out what's going on inside myself. Maybe I've been busy at work and too tired to do one more thing. Maybe I've been fixing things around the house and feel unappreciated. Maybe I'm getting back at you for something else. Maybe I just don't like taking out the garbage. Whatever it is, I need to clearly know this for myself in order to communicate well.

Worsening forgetfulness: An aging parent’s worsening inability to remember even ordinary things can be frustrating not only for the senior, but also for their loved ones. Forgetfulness may be caused by a wide variety of cognitive impairment, and only a qualified doctor should be allowed to diagnose it.
Aging can be insidious—it does not announce itself in a loud call or with a sign bearing big, bold letters. It creeps up on everyone’s lives, largely undetected. Often, the medical issues associated with aging become obvious only when the condition has become sufficiently serious to warrant a doctor’s attention. The said signs are by no means representative of a complete list. Some obvious signs include the difficulty of the aging parent to get up from a seated position—they may try to hide it, but you can perhaps see the strain on their face. They may also “hobble” instead of walk normally. Watch out also for any sign of an impaired sense of balance and decreasing mobility. In serious cases, you will have to have your parent checked by a doctor to determine if there is any underlying medical condition, or if supportive devices are needed.

To say another way: without the personal growth and development of an individual human life, it is highly improbable that any significant and measurable degree of self-realization through the process of self-actualization will ever take the individual beyond the “station they were born to in life.”
If you need to learn from someone else, then do it. If you are able to “go it alone,” that is ok too. The point is to grow the ideas you have in your head (your earlier life programming) which causes you to perceive and interpret your life the way you do. The ideas from your “earlier programming” may sound or feel like your “voice of conscience,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],” but always remember those ideas may have been put there by other individuals in your life, which you accepted at the time. This does not mean you cannot change those ideas.
It is a most wonderful time to be alive in our present-day and age upon this planet. If for no other reason, the access we all have to resources never before available to untold previous generations back through time, gives any of us the “tools” to “create the life of our dreams.”
